A NOVA ECONOMIA DA AMAZÔNIA

As alterações climáticas são uma das pautas mais urgentes da atualidade. O WRI Brasil junto com o The New Climate Economy produziram o estudo “Nova Economia da Amazônia”, trazendo alguns caminhos e propostas para modernizar e descarbonizar a economia da região Amazônica até 2050. A partir da compreensão do papel da bioeconomia, a pesquisa que contou com muitos colaboradores, indica que manter a floresta amazônica de pé não é uma ameaça para o desenvolvimento, mas sim uma oportunidade de crescimento qualificado e inclusivo para a região.

 

A Néktar criou o conceito gráfico e fez a editoração desse importante estudo, gerando um relatório de 246 páginas em português e inglês. Ao utilizar as paisagens da Amazônia como inspiração, o projeto gráfico usa os reflexos marcantes das águas amazonenses nos títulos e elementos gráficos, inspirados em formatos de embarcações. A paleta cromática se inspirou em elementos como o açaí, os tons de água turva dos rios e o próprio verde da floresta. Já as páginas de infográfico com mapas e dados importantes sobre a Amazônia Legal trazem um destaque para os números e projeções do estudo.

 

Climate change is one of the most urgent issues today. WRI Brasil together with The New Climate Economy produced the study “New Economy of the Amazon”, bringing some paths and proposals to modernize and decarbonize the economy of the Amazon region by 2050.Based on the understanding of the role of the bioeconomy, the research, which involved many collaborators, indicates that keeping the Amazon forest standing is not a threat to development, but rather an opportunity for qualified and inclusive growth for the region.

 

Néktar created the graphic concept and edited this important study, generating a 246-page report in Portuguese and English. When using the landscapes of the Amazon as inspiration, the graphic project uses the striking reflections of the Amazonian waters in the titles and graphic elements, inspired by the shapes of boats.The chromatic palette was inspired by elements such as açaí, the tones of murky river water and the green of the forest itself. The infographic pages with maps and important data about the Legal Amazon highlight the study's numbers and projections.
